1. Who we are
PACER PEAKS is a training platform operated by bypacer.com (“PACER PEAKS”, “we”). Contact: pacer.support.team@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process: name, contact email, WhatsApp and login username; date of birth; sport and profile data (height, weight, goals, paces, level, availability); health data you provide in the form (injuries, surgeries, medication, physical fitness) — processed with your consent and solely to build your plan safely; your signature; your plan and completed workouts; activities imported if you connect Strava or other services, including the route and location (GPS) of those workouts; the profile photo you upload; and device technical data (for example, a push-notification token and identifiers for measurement and advertising).
3. How we use it
To provide planning and tracking with your coach, show your progress, send you relevant notifications and improve the app. We also use measurement and advertising tools (for example, the Meta/Facebook pixel) to understand how the site is used and to show PACER PEAKS ads; you can manage personalized advertising from your Meta account settings. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Third parties that help us operate
We use providers to host the app and database, process payments, subscriptions and notifications, and for measurement and advertising (for example, cloud infrastructure and hosting services, payment processors and, where applicable, Apple, Google, Strava and Meta/Facebook). Each one processes data only to provide us that service.
5. Retention and security
We keep your data while you have an active account or as needed to provide the service. We apply reasonable security measures; no system is 100% foolproof.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to pacer.support.team@gmail.com. If you connected an external service, you can disconnect it at any time.
7. Minimum age and minors
The service requires being at least 16 years old. We do not process data of people under 16. If you are 16–17 (or a minor under the law of your country), you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for that consent. If we detect a minor’s data without the required authorization, we delete it.
8. PACER PEAKS’ own policy
This policy is specific to PACER PEAKS (“PACER PEAKS by Pacer”), a product operated by bypacer.com. For matters relating to this service, it complements and prevails over any general bypacer.com policy.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its date.
